Temple University Hospital (TUH) has been recognized by Forbes magazine on its “America’s Best Employers By State” list for the second consecutive year. The list is based upon an online survey of companies with at least 500 employees, in which employees were asked their opinions on criteria such as atmosphere and development, company image, working conditions, salaries and wages, and diversity, as well as their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family.
“This achievement is a direct result of the spirit and passion that our employees bring to their jobs every day,” said Michael A. Young, MHA, FACHE, President and CEO of Temple University Health System and Temple University Hospital. “It’s worth noting that these surveys occurred amid the COVID-19 pandemic and during a period when TUH was still undergoing restructuring. This is wonderful validation for the work that our employees do, and the many reasons why professionals choose to work here.”
