The Office of Patient Experience is located just off the lobby in Rock Pavilion and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also call our Patient Experience hotline at 215-707-CARE (2273) [2-2273 from a hospital phone] during regular business hours.
