What Is ADHD?
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that can cause restlessness and difficulties in focusing, listening or completing projects. ADHD can cause significant learning or social problems.
The causes of ADHD are unknown. It is more common in boys than girls, and genetic or environmental causes may play a role.
