American Hospital Association Recognizes Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital for 100 Years of Membership

The American Hospital Association (AHA) recently recognized Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital in appreciation for its 100 years of participation, leadership and membership in the AHA.

AHA Regional Executive Michael Draine presented the award on May 10th to Richard Newell, MPT, DPT, President and CEO of Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital.

“The American Hospital Association is proud to recognize Temple Health – Chestnut Hill Hospital for 100 years of membership in the AHA and for their dedication to serving their patients in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas,” said Draine. “We thank the leaders, medical staff, caregivers and other colleagues for their commitment to meet the changing health needs of the patients and communities they serve.”

“Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital is proud of its long-standing relationship with the AHA,” said Newell. “One hundred years is quite the milestone and speaks to our joint mission of bringing quality, equitable, inclusive care to our community.”
